Esta receta puede convertirse en una barrita energ\u00e9tica perfecta para llevar a todas partes y llenarse de energ\u00eda y micronutrientes esenciales durante el esfuerzo.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 100 g de coco rallado<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; 100 g de salvado de avena o copos de avena peque\u00f1os -15 ml de aceite de coco<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; 2 cucharadas de miel o sirope de \u00e1gave<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; 40g de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.echlorial.es\/blog\/espirulina-ecologica-beneficios\/\">espirulina<\/a> fresca (o 2 cucharadas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.echlorial.es\/spiruline-bio\/23-350-g-de-polvo-de-espirulina.html\">espirulina<\/a> en polvo; o 2 cucharadas de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.echlorial.fr\/fr\/chlorella-poudre\/8-boite-de-350g-chlorella-poudre.html\">chlorella en polvo<\/a>)<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Ralladura de lima<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; 1 cucharadita de jengibre<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Instrucciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Derretir el aceite de coco durante 30 segundos en el microondas o al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Vierte el aceite de coco, el salvado de avena o la avena en un bol y la miel.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; En un bol, poner la espirulina y cubrir con agua, luego remover y verter en el bol.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; A\u00f1adir el aceite de coco y remover hasta obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Formar bolitas y reservar en la nevera durante unas horas.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Variaci\u00f3n: Si no tienes tiempo, extiende la masa en un plato (1 cm de grosor), res\u00e9rvala en el frigor\u00edfico unas horas y c\u00f3rtala en peque\u00f1os cuadrados o barritas.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sencillos y gourmet, estos bocados son sencillamente irresistibles.
