{"id":7598,"date":"2018-01-26T14:35:04","date_gmt":"2018-01-26T14:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.echlorial.fr\/blog\/crujiente-de-clorela\/"},"modified":"2018-01-26T14:35:04","modified_gmt":"2018-01-26T14:35:04","slug":"crujiente-de-clorela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.echlorial.es\/blog\/crujiente-de-clorela\/","title":{"rendered":"Bosque crujiente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 300 g de harina<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 200 g de az\u00facar<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 3 huevos<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 10 cl de leche<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 100 g de almendras con piel<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 1 cucharada de trozos de naranja confitada<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 1 cucharadita de hinojo en polvo o an\u00eds<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; \u00bd sobre de levadura en polvo o bicarbonato<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; \u00bd cucharadita de polvo de chlorella<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 1 pizca de sal<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Mezclar todos los polvos y las almendras enteras.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; A\u00f1adir los huevos uno a uno.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Amasar la masa con la punta de los dedos, ajust\u00e1ndola con la leche. Se pegar\u00e1 un poco, es normal.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Separe la bola de masa en 3 trozos, a cada uno de los cuales dar\u00e1 forma de salchicha de 4 a 5 cent\u00edmetros de circunferencia. Col\u00f3quelas en una bandeja de horno cubierta con papel de hornear.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 15 minutos en el horno caliente (160\u00b0 6), luego apagar el horno y dejar reposar otros 15 minutos.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Sacar del horno y cortar las patatas fritas con un cuchillo de sierra.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; No las guarde en una caja hasta que est\u00e9n secas y crujientes.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211;
